About / Drop City

A LITTLE MORE
OUTSIDE.

Drop City lets you leave something in a real place for someone to discover.

The idea

A note on a familiar corner. A photo where a memory happened. Something small that makes an ordinary walk feel different. Create a drop, choose its audience, and give someone a reason to go there.

The invitation

Place a private drop and share a link. One person can accept it, reveal it when they arrive, and leave a reply for you. The link keeps the place easy to find while the content waits for their visit.

The name

The original Drop City was an artist community in Colorado. We’re inspired by its experimental approach to making things together and bringing art into everyday surroundings.

Right now

We’re testing Drop City with a small group of iPhone users. It’s a work in progress, shaped by the people who take it outside.
